SUDA and Papyuku Primary BOM Kickstart Teachers' House Project with Initial 40% Funding.
EYE Report:
In a strong show of partnership and commitment to rural education development, the Sambe Unity & Development Association (SUDA) has teamed up with the Board of Management (BOM) of Papyuku Primary School to fund the construction of a new teachers’ house at Papyuku Primary School.
The project, valued at K10,000, has already seen its first phase of funding completed. SUDA disbursed 40% of the total cost-K4,000-directly to KTL Hardware and HT to begin material procurement.
Just last week, the school BOM and HT made a coordinated effort to collect the building materials, signaling the official start of the project.
This development aims to address the pressing accommodation needs of teachers at the school, enhancing their ability to deliver quality education to the students of Papyuku Primary School.
The collaboration between SUDA and the school BOM demonstrates an effective model for delivering impact-driven outcomes through local partnerships.
