First inspection and Awareness - Wanepop Primary School on the 3rd January - 2025.

The Visit of the 3 in 1 classroom funded by SUDA was completed. It was unfortunate that the Head teacher including the Community and School board members were not present due to the death of the Catholic Bishop of Enga.

The Executives and Members including the media visited the school. While on the way to the project site or school, one of the Elite from Ambani Clan Simon Piya send words of appreciation to SUDA on funding the project.

Team SUDA visited Wanepop Primary School, where the association funded K10,000 for the construction of the classroom. During the visit at Wanepop Primary School- SUDA President George Iki emphasized the core values of the association, explaining that its primary purpose is to foster unity, eliminate tribal conflicts, and advocate for peace and development among the SAMBE community of Pilikambi LLG.

In line with the NCC Executive Director Steven Kilanda’s direction on how SUDA can be a vehicle for service delivery and also how SUDA and NCC to partner in line with NCC policy and vision SUDA has pledged K10,000 to construct a new District Cultural Centre. The official pledging was done by the association secretary – Lasaka Aipitus and President officially handed over the SUDA Pamphlet as a sign of presentation of K10,000.00.

Local leaders from Wanepop expressed profound gratitude for SUDA’s impactful initiatives. Tony Sulupin, the man who is spear heading the Lagaip District Cultural Festival, specifically praised the association for its pledge of K10,000 towards building a new District Cultural Centre. Sulupin shared that previous attempt to secure support from politicians had yielded no results, making SUDA’s intervention a significant and appreciated contribution.
